Oh holy god. I should so be working on a project, I've get a headache and backache from sleep-deprivation, but instead I am FREAKING DYING over the awesome that is THIS bad-quality, leaked Iron Man 2 trailer.

GO. WATCH IT.

And...

*whimpers* Why isn't this out right now? I mean, seriously! I will be dead of anticipation by May 7, 2010!

I love the pretty action shots of the second half, but the first half just stole my heart right away. Or, well, I guess Tony just stole the whole thing back, since other fandoms/people/things have been chipping away at it since he stole it in the first movie two years ago. *g* Really, how inconvenient! I've already been re-reading my favorite comics fics this week, both Marvel and DCU, I will have nothing to sustain me!

But okay, the first half the trailer. The utter endearing snark of Tony, he is so priceless, "Sir! I'm going to have to ask you to exit the donut!" "I told you I don't want to join your little secret boyband" "I'm not sure you're not a figment of my imagination." OMG, I'M D-E-D DED! And then the...trial or whatever it was! I'm pretty impressed they're actually addressing that issue so well, it looks SO EXCELLENT, god there is no end to my squee!

I...am kind of disconcerted by Don Cheadle as Rhodey, I have to admit. I kind of lol at the poor people who are going to show up to the movie not knowing there's been an actor change and who won't be able to connect the characters. They're (obviously!) very different, physically, and from what little we saw of Cheadle it looked like he was playing Rhodey a bit differently from Terrence Howard.
