SPN 4x10 initial reaction says...WTF

Why do I only ever feel articulate enough to post episode reactions when I have ISSUES with an episode? I mean, I seriously love this show. Most of the time I have so much squee that I jump around the room making high-pitched noises and disturbing the hell out of my roommate, but most of my post-age on the topic seems negative, which is just...false impression, wahhh!
...But yes, I am posting with Issues, once again. (hangs head)
Honestly ,...I have read too many review posts that do so much more justice to my WTF reaction than I ever could. 0_o Also, I think I do actually need to re-watch even though I do not know how I will resist fastforwarding through CERTAIN PARTS.
So, just quickly, with excerpts from reactions I've posted elsewhere:
Why do "fallen angels" become human instead of...Fallen Angels, AKA badass demons? Or was it just Anna, for some reason? Did she get to choose somehow? Why? I mean, Lucifer was meant to be an angel before, but now he's a big bad, not human, so...Just, I don't at all get what happened when Anna Fell. Also, "sparkly squid-like!Grace in a bottle" For The Lose! And her falling down from a physical heaven as some kind of comet. WTF.
And even more than that, I don't get WHY she fell. It was bugging me ALL EPISODE. I mean, she says "she disobeyed," and apparently that's, like, murder 1 in heaven. ((Ugh. Whatever.)) But, anyway, WHAT DID SHE DISOBEY OVER? What could have been so important? Especially since Cas and Uriel seemed to think killing her was a top priority when, apparently, she really didn't do much back then, and she wasn't doing much of anything in the present...I mean, I was under the impression that not only did Lucifer disobey, but he also, y'know, started a war against God, and that's why he was public enemy #1.
I just...(sigh) so many things about Anna and her "revelations" about angels don't make sense to me. It was a huge part of why this episode was so WTF for me, even setting aside all the OTHER baggage, of which I had tons.
Alistair's Marlon Brando impersonation had me doing a "bzuh?" face every time he spoke, so I was denied the creepiness factor I really wanted, :(. And Pamela, although I love her spunkiness, also prompted weird faces because of how she went all - hypno-therapist! Can't we get more cool psychic effects, SPN? Pretty please?
I could squee about Castiel, oh yes I could, with his adorable determination!face and conflicting emotions (YES HE HAS FREAKING EMOTIONS, ANNA, WTF), and his hurty confusion when Anna kissed Dean (HEE HE LIKES DEAN), but also the angel vs. demon fight scene was kind of...lame, and supernova!Anna was kind of...really lame. I could squee about Jensen's acting in the final scene, even if I wasn't really feeling the plotty Hell revelation, and I could probably find other things to be happy about, but nothing's floating to the top of my head, hence needing the rewatch.
Also, sleep. (sigh) Kripke you frustrating little man. And as the last episode before the Hiatus of Doom, too! (Long face is long.)
Incoherency FTW!...Also, I need more icons.
